Is there a setup fee?

Setup and data import assistance are quoted based on the state of your records. Email sales@septichub.org with a sample file and we'll tell you exactly what it takes.

Do you charge per customer or per truck?

No. One price per company, however many customers, properties, and office users you have.

Can I get my data back out?

Yes. Your records are yours — export them any time.
