Nothing breaks. You'll see a notice in the app, and you have two weeks to move to the next tier. After that, adding new properties pauses until you upgrade — your existing records, reminders, and reports keep running the whole time.
Yes. Create a secure pay link from any job and send it by email or text — the customer pays by card from their phone, and the job marks itself paid. The money settles into your company's own bank account; SepticHub never holds it.
